Things haven't gone as planned for Davante Adams with the Las Vegas Raiders, but the wide receiver doesn't regret the move.
Adams was traded from the Green Bay Packers to the Raiders during the 2022 offseason.
There has been speculation that Adams could be traded again, while Jordan Love has emerged as a potential superstar in Green Bay.
During an appearance on The Rush podcast with Raiders teammate Maxx Crosby, Adams said he "hadn't seen enough" of Love to know what the future held when he left Green Bay but that he's been watching and he's been impressed by what he's seen.
"In hindsight, like we talked about, the kid is a f---ing baller, man. I'm so happy for him," Adams said. "I haven't had the chance to truly sit down and talk with him, but I want to tell him at some point 'I definitely don't regret changing, but I'm super proud of what you've done. If there was a way I could pull you over here and drag you with me that would have been cool too.' Because, obviously, we saw what he did at the end of the year. I don't regret what I did, but, at the same time, it's definitely you look back on it like 'damn that boy kind of balling right now.'"

The Denver Broncos have informed Zach Wilson and his representation that they will not pick up the fifth-year option in Wilson's contract, according to sources.
Wilson was the No. 2 pick in 2021 by the New York Jets.
The option would have been for a guaranteed $22.408 million. By NFL rules, the deadline to pick up the fifth-year option for 2021 first-round picks is Thursday.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have released Zay Jones, less than a week after drafting a wide receiver in the first round of the NFL Draft.
The Jaguars save $4.49 million against the salary cap by releasing Jones, who signed a three-year contract in March 2022. Jacksonville also released kicker Joey Slye.
The Jaguars drafted LSU receiver Brian Thomas, Jr. with the 23rd overall pick Thursday.

It's appearing more and more likely that Tee Higgins will play the 2024 season under the franchise tag.
The receiver is seeking either a long-term deal with the Cincinnati Bengals or a trade.
According to a report, the Bengals' offer to Higgins "never approached" the $20 million per year range. The offer wasn't close enough to get Higgins' representation to discuss guaranteed money, so the sides haven't negotiated in more than a year.
Higgins is scheduled to make $21.8 million on the one-year, fully guaranteed franchise tag.
Eighteen receivers are set to make more than $20 million annually this coming season.
The Las Vegas Raiders will sign Michael Gallup to a one-year deal worth up to $3 million, according to sources.

The New England Patriots have signed defensive tackle Christian Barmore to a four-year contract extension that could be worth up to $92 million.

Barmore was selected in the second round of the 2021 draft out of Alabama (No. 38 overall). He was entering the final year of his contract in 2024 and scheduled to earn a base salary of $1.82 million.
The four-year extension is through the 2028 season.
