No commentary on picks on this edition. I’ll provide full commentary on the next update, which will occur after the underclassmen declaration period ends.

There are several “if/then” scenarios that I can see playing out, and this one represents just one of those. In this one, I see more of a run on QBs and DEs, with the RBs and DTs sliding. I have another alternate mock that has the QBs sliding and a big run on offensive tackles similar to last season.

I believe there will be little trade activity in the top-10 picks, but then I anticipate a flurry of trade activity over the next 30-40 picks. Many of the picks in the 12-50 range are more player slotting or team/player match that might not happen at the spot indicated.

The unresolved coaching and management situation for several teams makes it hard to read a lot of the teams picking near the top of each round. As always, this mock represents what I believe would occur based on the board as it plays out; this does not necessarily indicate what picks I would personally make if presented the same scenario.
