2007 Season Preview: Kansas City Chiefs This is a bit of a rebuilding year in KC, but the Chiefs still have enough talent and potential to factor into the crowded AFC playoff picture. If they get quality QB play, they just might sneak back in, but I think the issues on the offensive line hold them back too much. Finishing 7-9 will disappoint the Arrowhead faithful but will also represent a pretty good year for this group.
2007 Draft Review: Kansas Chiefs LSU WR Dwayne Bowe was the correct pick at #23 in spite of what their angry fan base believes, but they failed to seize opportunities to improve at OL, LB and DB.
2006 NFL Team Preview: Kansas City Chiefs This is basically the same team that went 10-6 last year, only a little older in key spots. They’re aware the window of opportunity is nearly closed on their core group, and they have a new coach who can use that to their advantage. If they can ratchet up the pass defense and kick coverage/return to 18th or better this team should secure a Wild Card or possibly even the AFC West, and they’re capable of winning at least one playoff game.

Somethin’ Bout’ Them Chiefs Gratitude..? Yeah, … the Broncos played a great game, in fact, a tenacious game-performed, but the Chiefs dropped the ball on the Broncos, prolifically, accentuating, the fact that they were not going to be intimidated by Jake Plummer.
Priest Holmes Injury Curse Strikes Again Doctors have determined that Priest Holmes will now miss the rest of the season due to a concussion that he received in week 8 against San Diego.
Could This Finally Be the Year? Chiefs football has been something that Kansas City has thrived on every fall for many, many years, and every year the expectations are greater then the last. The question still remains...can the Chiefs finally pull it off this year and head to Detroit, Michigan for what is known as the greatest event in all of sports, the Superbowl.
Kansas City Looks Solid In Preseason Loss To Seahawks In week 3 of the preseason the Chiefs met the Seahawks at Arrowhead for what was expected to be a close game all the way down to the final seconds. On the opening drive, Kansas City's offense came out and moved the ball down the field like magic, as Trent Green went 5 for 5 with 76 yards passing, and he topped the drive off with a 4 yard touchdown pass to Tony Gonzalez in the endzone.
