Belichick: Cassel Deserves Praise

Examiner - Patriots' coach Bill Belichick said after the team's dismantling of the Raiders on Sunday that quarterback Matt Cassel deserves a tremendous amount of praise.

Cassel led New England to the huge victory with four touchdown passes, just days after the death of his father.

"You can't say enough about Matt Cassel, having been through that myself a couple of years ago," Belichick said. "He showed a lot of commitment to the team, and he carried us a long way today. He deserves all the accolades he gets for this one." [READ]
