A source close to the negotiations told Newsday that no deal is imminent between the Giants and their franchise quarterback.
Both sides would still prefer to have a deal in place before Manning becomes a free agent after the 2009 season, but the only timeline the source gave Newsday was that something would be reached "eventually." [READ] |
