“On a scale of 1-to-10 in terms of work ethic, I hear [Russell]’s like a 3,” Gonzalez said. “You hear rumors [from other players] about some of these young guys who don’t get it at all, and I’ve been around quarterbacks like that. Matt’s a 10, which is what you’ve got to be to be a franchise quarterback.
