Holmgren Would Like To Talk With Browns

Cleveland Plain Dealer - Mike Holmgren told a Seattle radio station that he'd love to talk to the Browns about a role with the franchise.

He said he hasn't spoken with Cleveland owner Randy Lerner yet, but he hopes rumors of their interest are true.

"I hope it's true -- someday that we get a chance to talk, yea, I have tremendous respect for Mr. Lerner," Holmgren said on his regular Friday appearance on The NFL Show on 950 AM in Seattle.

"Their team is struggling just a little bit and I absolutely would love to talk to him about working there. But until that happens, you'll be the first to know."

Holmgren added that he's attracted to rebuilding projects. [READ]
