Sauerbrun Suspended For Drug Use

Associated Press - Broncos punter Todd Sauerbrun will be suspended for the first month of the NFL season after testing positive for the banned supplement ephedra.

The 12-year veteran avoided reporters by apparently exiting through side door to the players' parking lot.

Broncos Coach Mike Shanahan said that he will wait until the appeals process is completed before addressing the suspension.

Shanahan reinforced that he has spoken to his players about the repercussions of using banned substances. [READ]
