Everett Moves Some Fingers

Buffalo News - The Buffalo Bills’ players might have a little more spring in their steps today in Pittsburgh due to more upbeat news about their fallen teammate, tight end Kevin Everett.

Everett had slight movement in the fingers on his right hand, a Bills source confirmed. Renowned physician Dr. Barth Green reported the latest progress from Miami after speaking with Everett’s doctors in Buffalo. Green is chairman of the department of neurological surgery at the University of Miami School of Medicine.

Green, who has served as a consultant to Everett’s medical team, was the doctor who earlier this week predicted Everett would walk again.

The Buffalo Bills would not confirm the progress on Friday or Saturday. [READ]
