A day after Sunday's 40-13 home loss to the New York Jets, Cameron said the team is frustrated, but hasn't quit.
Cameron said post-game comments from veteran players questioning the resolve of some of their teammates were made in the heat of the moment and don't signal a deeper problem.
"I'm sure there is a level of asking 'why?' that comes up in the locker room after a game like that," Cameron said on Monday. "I'm not going to overreact to that, but everybody was very disappointed in the outcome of the game, just like they have been in the other games.
"But that one was very disappointing to everyone."
Favored to win - by 11/2 points - for the first time this season, the Dolphins instead suffered their largest margin of defeat, facing a Jets team with the NFL's 30th-ranked offense and defense. [READ] |
