New England Decides Not To Franchise Moss

ESPN - The New England Patriots did not place their franchise tag on wide receiver Randy Moss on Thursday, leaving Moss open to free agency on Feb. 29.

The Patriots are gambling with the belief that they will be able to come to terms with Moss despite the possibility of him hitting the open market. [READ]
