| 25th March, 2008 - 9:35 am |  The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel - Packers' quarterback Brett Favre has yet to file his retirement paperwork, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.
That doesn't mean he's returning next season, but it does mean that he still counts towards Green Bay's salary cap numbers for next season.
The Packers are already way under the cap, and the front office doesn't seem worried about having Favre submit the papers.
