Argonaunts Sign David Boston To CFL Contract

The Canadian Press - The Argonauts shored up their receiving corps Monday by signing former Pro Bowl player David Boston, as reported by the Canadian Press.

Boston was selected in the first round, eighth overall, by the Cardinals in the 1999 NFL draft. He also spent time with the Chargers and Dolphins before attending training camp with the Buccaneers in 2006 and reaching an injury settlement with the club.

“I’m extremely excited to come to Toronto and compete and hopefully win a Grey Cup championship,” Boston said in a statement. “I’m thankful for the opportunity the organization has given me, and I’m looking forward to being at training camp.” [READ]
