Bills Release Injured TE Everett

Yahoo.com - The Bills on Tuesday placed injured TE Kevin Everett on the NFL’s waived/failed physical list, as reported by Yahoo.com. As a result of his release, Everett becomes eligible to pursue benefits to ensure his future financial stability.

Everett suffered a near-fatal spinal cord injury in September’s season opener, which initially left him paralyzed from the neck down.

The 26-year-old has made a remarkable recovery and is walking on his own although his rehabilitation continues. [READ]
