Vikings Contacted About Favre

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel - An executive in personnel for the NFL with close ties to the NFC North division claims that the Packers have called the Vikings to inform them that Brett Favre is available, according to The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

"They’ve kind of said through one of their (front-office) guys that if Favre did report they would potentially trade him within the division," the executive said Sunday afternoon.

Favre arrived in Green Bay on Sunday, and was expected to report to training camp on Monday and possibly begin practicing with the team on Tuesday. [READ]
