| 11th September, 2008 - 5:35 pm |  Pioneer Press - Vikings' quarterback Tarvaris Jackson is reportedly still 'very confident' after losing to the Packers to begin the season on Monday night, according to Pioneer Press.
"He's doing fine," Childress said Wednesday. "It's not like he's on a suicide watch or anything like that. He's making those corrections and moving on, just like all of us are."
Heading into the season, Jackson was the lone question mark on what many considered to be a dark horse pick in the NFC.
"I felt comfortable throughout the game," Jackson said. "Different circumstances make things a little difficult at times because those guys (on defense) are out there playing hard as well. I saw things good, clear. There's just some mechanical things you've got to tune up a little bit."
"I'm still very confident in what we're doing here, what we're doing as an offense and what I'm doing. It's not a change. We've got 15 more games, and probably more, so I'm just looking forward to this one." [READ] |
