| 4th October, 2008 - 11:14 am |  Arizona Republic - Anquan Boldin underwent a surgical procedure Thursday evening, and it's unknown when he will return to action.
Dr. Reed Day of Phoenix performed the surgery to repair a fracture to a facial bone.
The doctor who performed the surgery told Coach Ken Whisenhunt that a hockey player who underwent the procedure was playing 10 days later.
