Bengals' Palmer Won't Start Against Jets

ESPN - Carson Palmer will not start for Cincinnati against the New York Jets on Sunday because of an inflamed right elbow.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, who started on Sept. 28, will start for the team in Palmer's absence. He struggled with three interceptions and a fumble in his last start.

"Yeah, I feel great right now, being able to digest the game plan and having the full three days of practice," Fitzpatrick said after Friday morning's practice. "And then just the added -- I got that first game out of the way, I've been there, I've been in a live rush situation. I'm going to be smarter with the ball. I'm going to stay within myself and run the offense." [READ]
