"Wow," said a front office member from an AFC team who, just a few hours ago, said the Lions probably couldn't deal Williams because they were asking for too much. "It's a sweet deal."
"(Dallas owner) Jerry Jones needed some good press (after Pacman Jones was suspended indefinitely)," said another league source. "It's a helluva deal for Detroit." [READ] |
