Goodell Says Spring Game Under Consideration

ESPN - NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell says that the league is considering the idea of a spring game or scrimmage.

The idea was discussed before team owners wrapped up a recent two-day meeting.

"It was interesting," Goodell said. "It was raised by a few clubs, more in the context of what the colleges do with the spring game. It could be in the form of the scrimmage, too. It was just an interesting concept. It's been raised before."

Goodell said no parameters have been set, and the idea will get consideration in the future. [READ]
