Paterno May Need Surgery After Season

ESPN - Penn State coach Joe Paterno may have hip replacement surgery after the regular season.

The Nittany Lions defeated Indiana 34-7 on Saturday, and Paterno said that he will not be on the sideline for the team's season finale against Michigan State next week.

The No. 8 Nittany Lions can go to the Rose Bowl if they beat the Spartans.

Paterno's contract expires at the end of the season. [READ]
