Orlando Sentinel - Jacksonville head coach Jack Del Rio admitted on Monday that there will be no "quick fixes" for the struggling team.

"What I recognize is there's not going to be any quick fix," Del Rio said. "What I recognize is that it is going to take a commitment; it's going to take resolve. We're going to keep doing the right things for the right reasons, ultimately knowing that it's going to get better."

Despite a 4-7 record, Del Rio said the team will continue to play hard.

"That's expected," he said. "That's never going to be an issue here in Jacksonville. I just don't see that in our guys." [READ]
