Falcons Give Jenkins, Babineaux New Deals

Atlanta Journal-Constitution - On Tuesday the Falcons announced that they have extended the contracts of receiver Michael Jenkins and defensive tackle Jonathon Babineaux.

Jenkins signed a four-year, $20 million extension to stay with the only team he’s ever played for; Babineaux signed a five-year extension.

“We’re excited and pleased to extend the contracts of Falcons players who have made significant contributions to the overall success of our football team,” Falcons' GM Thomas Dimitroff said in a statement. “Michael and Jonathan are both team guys who work hard on and off the field and are both very productive on Sundays.” [READ]
